From the Owner

My name is Richard Sillers, the owner of Ricks Real Renovations (RRR). I have 15 years of experience in the renovation industry. I would like to tell you a little bit about my experiences and mindset.

Ever since I was a little boy, I have been building things and fixing things with my own hands. As I got older, I realized that I had a passion for renovations. At the age of 15, I went and got a job with a local roofing company where I worked for three years learning this trade, knowing one day I would use my experience and gained knowledge in my own business.

At 18-years-old, I got a job with a local roof-truss company. I built trusses for homes. I was with them for four years. Then, I moved on to working for a renovation company, where I would stay for the next eight years, learning everything to do with renovations.
